light skin is a person who is either bi-racial/multi-racial,mixed with black and white /black but of lighter complexion/yellow-bone,yellow complexion/ or has skin a few shades darker than white skin but a few shades lighter than dark skin.
NB:do not confuse light skin and white skin

1 The future in automobile luxury. The blue light (also known as the poopy light) must be turned on prior to dropping a duece while driving. Certain European-made cars have the option of the built in toilet seat which flushes the feces through a hole in the underside of the car. In order to give other cars a chance to get out of the way, the blue light must be turned on 3 seconds before releasing said poopy from the car.
2 When the member of a running group announces to the group that he has to fart he can do so by informing them that his blue light is flashing.

A message to those in the know to re-assert traditional values and reset leadership in a group who's path has gone astray.
Example 1: A clique has usurped and commodified a larger group or existing scene to serve the special needs of that clique, increasing compromizing the vitality for safety/comfort. Often this clique will begin using selective exclusion to rarify the ranks, and drive out the most vital seeds in their push to "clean things up"
A "green light" given by one of the elders would alert folks that have been oppressed to counter the current regime through positive actions and hopefully bring some of the traditional activity back to life.

It's the "gay" color in Russian-speaking countries, much like purple is in America.
Russian: "that guy, he so--light blue"
American: "Light-blue? What the fuck? It's purple. Purple is the color we use here to describe gays."

Verb, to do something in a cheap but satisfactory way. Derived from Bush Light, a cheap beer which can get you drunk in a barely enjoyable but satisfactory manner.
I didn't study at all, and I am going to bush-light that test today.
