the word slay is a very easy word. you can use it in many cases, especially targeted towards young teens and it means good job. young people use this instead of good job simply because it sounds better and it makes some laugh
“slayyyy bestie, you look so good in that shirt”

The word slay is normally used by teenagers or really “cool” parents that wanna be like their kids. But for the parents that are not sure what it means yet then here it is. Slay means that something is cool or awesome. Or back then… you would say rad or wicked.
