New Ulm is a southern Minnesota town, population around 15,000. Mostly Germans. Named after Ulm, Germany. There is also a New Ulm Texas but probably not as great at New Ulm Minnesota.
A very nice town to grow up in. Come visit!
I went to New Ulm today, it's one of the best towns I have ever been to. Fun fun fun!

Yes, Upstate New York is part of the state and technically they are New Yorkers, but when someone says "I'm a New Yorker." people generally think NYC or LI.
Guy 1: I'm a New Yorker.
Guy 2: Oh, you're from the city?
Guy 1: No, I'm from Syracuse.

The BEST people in the world, with the intelligence, strength and whatever more all these hillbillies lack. We aren't afraid of no one, no situation and we'll tell you off in a second if you mess with us. We're cofident and better than everyone else elsewhere....Plus we have the best accent. You wish you were like us! We have the best pizzas and bagels. And our drivers will kick your ass if you dont move on a red light...cause we're fast. We dont have tme to waste.

Situated next to Chislehurst, one would hope some class would be borrowed from the area.
Unfortunately New Eltham is also surrounded by Eltham, Mottingham and Sidcup... 3 against 1 odds haven't proven to be too helpful for New Eltham.
Ideal place for a race, a fight or a bullet hole to the head!
If you wish to visit, remember that gold jewellery, sports wear, UK garage and the term "AHOY BOY" are the key to survival.
