A drummer boy is someone who says and does weird shit that no one else would do. A drummer boy haircut would be a grade 1 on the side and long on top going straight down. A drummer boy would have a cat called opal. They would go home and play guitar hero for hours straight with out blinking.

A drummer who plays with flair and enhances the entertainment value of the band. A flair drummer often twirls the sticks between his fingers between beats on the drums and cymbals as well as tosses his sticks in the air and catches them before crashing down on a floor tom or cymbal. He may also exaggerate his arm motion and thrash his head wildly to enhance the visual performance. Most often associated with rock 'n' roll bands.
