I was sitting in the bleachers on a hot day and I swishered. Then I had the novel idea to head to the bathroom and give myself a dirty howe.

It refers to a guy's external organs of reproduction. The answer should therefore be based on whether or not they are comfortably positioned in the undergarments.

A greeting used by people in the north of England, predominantely good ol' Yorkshire. It is used instead of the words "how do you do" and can also be a reply to itself.
