1) Lacking feelings, emotions and empathy for anyone else in the world besides one's own self due to having O.C.D. behaviors related to years of addiction to one's phone, texting, social media, messaging and/or all related areas which therefore evolve into personality dysfunctions in society connected with A.D.D., A.D.H.D. and/or any related emotional personality defects caused from one's addiction to electronics.
2) The inability to connect one's own personal emotions, wants, needs and desires with that of the feelings, emotions and desires of another person or any other human being in this world due to the Narcissistic traits caused by "Swipe Right Syndrome" and/or other related apps, games or any related technology device .
3) Inability to communicate.
4) Lacking or missing the trait known as real humanistic Love for another human being since a human being does not require a plug or outlet to recharge their battery known as their Heart.
5) Missing an emotional understanding of how their lack of face-to-face communication and communication overall can/will greatly affect other people in this world, especially those closest to them.
Millennial Communication Disorder (MCD) can be defined as one or more of the above definitions but better expressed in the example of the following:
A caring, loving individual has recently been hurt by the person they felt they were closest to in life by being "unintentionally" ghosted for the past 3 days or more. They then finally reach out to the ghoster with a direct call response of..."Babe! Why haven't you got back to me or even reached out to me in 3 days?!? Did I say something wrong? What did I do? Are you seeing somebody else?? Where did I go wrong??"
Babe's response: "Oh no hun, I didn't even think about you. I'm sooooo Sorry baby, smooches! I love you!! So how've you been? Wanna go out this weekend? If so, I'll text you!...if I remember, hopefully I'm not busy. Hmmmmm...not sure. Okay babe? Chat later...Kbye!" :)

A group of dark skinned brats who dress the same, act the same and are predictable to the point where you could pretty much plot their next move out in a game of chess. They can also be found smoking or drinking excessively. They have the emotional strength of a copper wire and would probably steal copper wires from home depot because they are shiny. They also like to brag about how they live in the hood and are willing to stab or shoot you with a wood chip they pick up off the ground. Not to mention their obsession with using the words "Who you think you talkin' to!?" They are a shame to the African community, they are selfish, rude and aggressive and the thing they will put on the bottom of their list is working or anything productive. The sad thing is they seem to be copying every bit of this from T.V. Is this what Martin Luther King got all those ass-whooppin's for !??!?!?

Lower Manhattan Community Middle School (LMC) is a school that takes the word "community" seriously. Each student commits to an art major after the 6th grade (Visual Art, Digital Art, Music, and Dance). Great for future artists as it definitely can be the start of a “rags to riches” story. Heavy on the rags. Mice are frequent and welcome members of the community and roaches love to join in on dodgeball games in the gym. The school curriculum tries (and can fail) to be progressive, leading to a lot of “interesting” lessons and even more interesting personalities. Hippies, basketball stars, wallflowers, and ignorant will usually end up in groups together. Like every middle school, students will be embarrassed of their time at the school, but at least they made it out alive.
No visual art teacher has ever stayed at LMC (Lower Manhattan Community Middle School) for more than a year.

The elaborate mixed meaning coin from a LiveJournal user I presented the ban hammer to because he called me the r-word. The user is known as Aske as he was trying to invoke a LiveJournal vs. Diary-X war after he blasted my diary-x present. This one was coined by the blogger as he would pull out elaborate insults on me as I revealed to be a Conservative on the community as I became in contact with the one of the era Conservatisim admins as I donated paid time to the community.
One of their members became the co-maintainer for many years as I came back in 2004 as this one pointed out, "You proved them all to be liars." Some of those users tried to lay into the light blue wordpress blog in the new tens where I showed why I became the maintainer in 2002. The coin either can be taken as an insult or a badge of honor, where I saw Bush speak up for marriage being between a man and woman I contributed to him being in four more years. One of my promo-photos was noted for a Bush-Cheney denim button-down with a Dali tie.
The kangaroo-jockey's livejournal rant, "Shit did he just ban 40 people in one day, there's going to be drinking game at the expense of George W. Bush of The Goth Community."
I became noted on LiveJournal over challenging a blogtroll to a fist fight as the comment was I am standing in line to kick the bastard's ass over his trolling on Conservatism as he took a swipe at my personal website claiming "He will never be published" as I got picked up by The House of Pain, less than a year later and was accepted in an anthology for the first time. This became noted as the faggot writer's nightmare come true as the staunch Republican invaded the horror circles with an excessive level of force as The Cabbie Homicide was still having momentum as The Fandom Writer was pissing off slash fanfiction writers left and right as there's a few versions now floating around. The original version was pulled from AuthorsDen for a character that plays off the two writers who I managed to be on the radar, this is before the Illinois Hemorroid crack.

Depending where in urban communities; mostly consisting of Puertorican, or Dominican people.
There can be a variety of others such as Brazillian, Argentinian, Colombian, Mexican etc... Puertorican and Dominican are the majority however.
Latin people from urban communities are cool. not really.
