Named after the PUA of this move, @TK, "The TK Option" is a player's all or nothing technique where you kiss a girl out of the blue in order to gage her level of interest or potentially raise her interest in you through the bold action. ideally, you should kiss her 6-7 times for a full effect.

...I don't know! I put this up here in hopes of someone filling me in. When Obama says "public option," does he mean private health insurance, like the kind I have now? Or is it another arm of the proposed nationalized health insurance?
'Fewer than 5% on public option?' That sounds ridiculous. Many people will keep their insurance they have now. If the public option is what I wrote above, then that number can't be right!"

Another name for the so-called "nuclear" option which would prevent filibusters in the United States Senate, thus giving a large amount of power to simple majority of senators. The constitutional option would call for 51 votes to invoke cloture and end debate instead of the long established rule requiring two-thirds or 60 votes to invoke cloture.
Thanks to the constitutional option, President Bush will now have a rubber stamp of approval from the senate on 100% of his judicial nominees.
