Characterized by often constituting an entire answering sentence by itself.

Used by idiots in message boards, newsgroups and forums for the sole purpose of pissing people off, often lacking in intelligence.

An audible shrug and sign of general indifference.
Shows vague disinterest or uncaringness for the topic or question at hand.
"How are you feeling today?"

Rather than using "meh" to show indifference they use it to imply the extreme opposite in an argument, negative emotion, or complete disapproval.
Also in some cases it is used to make ones self feel cool. Possibly validating ones meager existence.

"Meh, that's the worst joke I ever heard in my entire life."
note: the user of the term has opened up the sentence with "meh"(which denotes a lack of opinion) but finished with an extreme posistion on the joke, thereby defining themselves as an ignoramus.

A sound that a young dragon makes when it either wants something, is playing with another dragon, or defending its territory. Can also be used in a young dragon game when they each bob their heads and say "meh". They both try to achieve the fastest time between each "meh". A "meh" eventually developes into a distinctive roar.
