Analogous to when you see a girl that's really hot and she will give you a boner but then you see a girl that's even hotter than that and she is Beyond Bone. She's so hot you don't even get a boner because she's hotter than that.

To return to one's hometown from college (or any other event that would keep one away from home for an extended period of time), and have sex with someone from said hometown.

Usually a person's nerve bone is in their left elbow or right knee.
