An Op-Silon male is similar to the Alpha, Pi, Psi and Gigachad but better, on-par with the shrigma males. Even though his main concern is himself, this guy fucks and you know it, a real menace. Their morning routine usually consists of shit like (in this order) waking up at 4 A.M., jerking off with no hands, cumming into their mouth for the protein and testosterone boost, pissing, shitting, saying goodbye to whatever poor thing they fucked the soul out of the night before, getting out of bed, going to workout, make breakfast, then taking a shower in which they waffle stomp, and finally getting on with their day. These are the type of dudes that look like Arnold Schwarzenegger in his prime, at 17, the guys that go on a 50 day adventure to fucking Cairo in the middle of a school year just to beat the shit out of a gay vampire. If these guys walked into their morning classes or job with a broadsword, covered in blood, wearing nothing but boxer briefs, a bandolier, and combat boots, no one would bat a fucking eyelid. If you left these guys alone in a room with Chuck Norris, Mr. Norris would fear for his life; even Goku couldn't win a fight against these male-types. Their placement in the social hierarchy/caste is non-existent, since they exist outside societal standards; they pay for their expenses with the knowledge that whoever they owe will not be dead tomorrow, and that's more than enough. Basically Hercules' male-type.

An Alpha-Beta is mostly a leader, but can take on the role as follower if needed. He is intelligent, Artistic, but also Athletic, and Good Looking. He may be a player or stick to long term relationships, with very beautiful women. The characterisitcs of Alpha make him have higher fisical prowess, and rle with authority. But as a Beta he is more intelligent, and refined. The combination allows for the individual to adapt easily to particular situations.
The Alpha-Beta is created from a new generation of social and cultural influences, that are constantly changing, and thus require new types of classes to thrive within it.

This expression refers to the strive of a sigma male to become better at something, or to attain a goal. "grindset" is a portmanteau of the words "grind" and "mindset", and it expresses the determination and complete focus of a sigma male towards the tedious tasks required for achieving a desired result, oftentimes to the detriment of other aspects of life, namely social and romantic, not because he is forced by circumstance, but because he wants to. It expresses complete and sometimes obsessive dedication towards reaching a certain personal goal.
This expression has been incorrectly and derogatorily used as a way to describe the actions of men who want to seem successful for ulterior motives, who want to justify being assholes, or who want to justify a lack of a social/romantic life. The man who has the sigma male grindset is not the guy who acts aloof in pubs in order to impress women, or the guy who uses it as an excuse for not having friends. The man who has the sigma male grindset is the guy who always clocks in early at his job, always leaves late, and always overperforms. He's the guy who is constantly working, constantly studying, constantly advancing and working towards his goals.
Joe: Hey Bob. Have you seen Frank?
Bob: Yea, he's at his desk.
Joe: Is he ok? I wanted to go and grab a beer with him the other day, and he said that he's busy, then hung up. What's up with that?
Bob: Frank has that sigma male grindset. He's got his eyes on that promotion, and he's not gonna let it get away. Not to mention that he's been working towards building a side business. He's crazy busy, I don't know how he handles it.
