A very overused phase people say 500 times a sentence that gets annoying after 10 straight minutes. There is only one reason why they might be doing it, and it’s because they for some reason think it’s cute. It’s as simple as that.

the look-know

the act of displaying the possibility of recieving the people's elbow. to initiate the look-know, one must tap his/her elbow two (2) times so that the victim looks and the elbow, and KNOWS what is comming.

This phrase is way overused in Minnesota. Also, it's never taken literally.

1. "I called him, you know, 5 times this morning and like, he never answered."

Used to describe a situation where you and someone else are aware of the mistake that a 3rd person is making. For this to be an "I know, you know." the 3rd person should be blissfully unaware of the situation.

"Hasn't Yoshi twigged that bird over there is a shemale?"
