Trucker's (trucker's) tan is far more commonly used than "trucker's arm". It's used when recognizing that a person's left arm (driver's side arm) is tanner/redder than his right arm.
It's used in the same way a person would be said to have a "farmer's tan" if both his forearms were tan/red up to the point where his (short) shirt-sleeves end on the upper part of the arms.
With the ubiquity of air conditioning in cars today, "trucker's tans" are seen much less frequently. But if noticing a person's left arm is red/tan (but not the right), say, "Hey Joe, you been driving a truck? You got a 'trucker's tan', my friend!"
In the same way, upon noticing the whiteness of a friend's upper arms in contrast to their forearms, you might say, "Hey Joe! You been out farming today? You got a 'farmer's tan', my friend!"
Trucker boy/girl is the code name you give for your crush; it allows you to talk about them and others not know who you are talking about.
person one: "my trucker boy hasn't texted me back."
person two: "rip."
Mud trucker is a hoe or bitch who purposely seeks out truck drivers at truck stops for sex and money when they come out of town.
That bitch is just a thirsty mud trucker, she aint bout nothing.

A euphemism for motherfuckers. Also can be used to refer to the successful Los Angeles trucking company of the same name.
I hired Mother Truckers to move my stuff into my new apartment. Those Mother Truckers are awesome!

When one urinates into a bottle during a long road-trip and then proceeds to throw the bottle out the window of the moving vehicle. Like when a trucker needs to make good time and doesn't want to make a pit-stop.
The semi driver was running behind so he made a quick trucker bomb to catch up on the schedule.
