"Doing A Freeman" - This involves standing up from your desk, without warning, walking out the door; never to return.
Usually happens in an office environment where stress levels are high.

Worker 1 - "Have you seen Paul?"
Worker 2 - "No, he was quite stressed yesterday. I wonder if he's Done A Freeman?"
Worker 3 - "Yeah, he just got up and walked out this morning. No-ones seen or heard from him since."
