Broken down into two parts. Scummie - skeezy/slutty ; Bears - most people think of cute baby bears.
So when you put them together you get cute, skeezy girls. The sound of the words together sound like "gummy bears" so you think good things and gummy bears are sweet and taste good. And any guy knows sometimes its fun to hang out with a skeez. Can be used interchangeably with slut, skeez, cum dumpster, skank, etc.
Yeah, Rob and I were at a party at State and those high school scummie bears tried stealing our beer. So we got them wasted and had our way with them.

Originating from the term ballin', Bear Ballin' means extreme to the max. Bear Ballin' also originates from a 'motorbike sphere of death' where bikers are riding inside a sphere, often going upside down. In the case of Bear Ballin', a bear is riding the bike, with another person trying not to die in the middle of it.
The movie was so Bear Ballin'!

Noun - A sexual or romantic partner who is very physically clingy. Someone who requires a great deal of physical and emotional attention. Like a koala bear clinging onto a eucalyptus tree.
Verb - to overly attach yourself to another person. To demand physical attention and contact on a frequent (and often tiresome) basis.
She was a real koala bear, clinging on to him every time he tried to get anything done.
She would koala bear him the minute she walked through the door.
