Social Nancy

A social Nancy is a negative online Nancy.
A person who doesn't necessarily post negative things often. A person who scrolls past your positive or normal posts, always. But reacts to posts they choose to be negative and accuse you of being miserable and wrong.

Negative online Nancy's choose to ONLY give your social media account attention; likes and comments- when it's negative because it serves them a purpose to preach and be "right".

"I didn't even know you were on my friends list because of how you never like or comment on any of my posts. You're being a Social Nancy right now tho."

Social duplication.

Social duplication is when you talk to someone frequently enough that you start using the same terms and mannerisms as them. Usually spotted in close friends and intimate relationships, both or either of the parties in frequent contact take words and phrases, among other forms of communication and apply it in their conversations. Often, this can have a chain effect, having the people that they talk to also display the passed on mannerisms.

Person 1: Hey, Phill's been talking to John a lot lately and he's starting to talk a lot like him.

Person 2: Must be social duplication.
