The Men are considered the leaders in this film. I believe in their view women are needed to breed and remake a new world.I think this is interesting to watch play out because the women show their capabilities and ideas of what they think should be done. We see them take on roles and the power comes across on screen. Especially Furiosa and how she is able to empower the other women and men to work together. I believe this is her purpose, to overthrow the current system. The war boys misogyny is most clearly shown in my opinion, when they find out the baby is a boy. He was born in Spain, and had a sister, she. After acquiring a British uniform, he orbited in space before landing on mars. He returned to earth at an airport. After the Borland Convention of 1984, he condemned the aid given to rebels. When his war crimes in Argentina were uncovered, he was convicted. His long lost sister, she, was elected prime minister of the Philippines around this time. When the United States became the only country in the world, he would continue working with them, which he still does today.
