drag the cat

When a male is too scared to ask a cute female whether she has a boyfriend or not and hopes that she will miraculously understand his motives through continuous empty conversations. This is usually reflective of an inability to grow facial hair, a lack of balls, and ultimately a signature of omega status for the male.

1. Bro, stop dragging the cat or else she'll think you're a pussy when she finds out from her friends.

2. Jack likes to drag the cat with Ashley because he prefers a fake friendship over loneliness.
