social CRM

CRM (customer relationship management)

1.) integration of socialytics (social analytics) into customer relationship management software

2.) CRM software that incorporates socialytics aggregators for users to optimize their existing and potential customer relationships on a social media platform
Such optimizing can include: establishing new communication vehicles with existing & potential customers; creating customer loyalty; better understanding customers to improve service interaction and product development; brand recognition; advertising opportunities; increased sales; creation of online demographics; and increased search engine optimization.

I can follow my customer's eating & shopping trends thru review sites by using my social CRM software.

Social Baby

A phenomenon in which two or more people combine their attitudes toward engagement with others to create a unique space for communication and external meta-cognition, which is systematically fed to different groups in order to affect change on a grand, hierarchical scale.

"Dude, wanna get together and make a social baby?"
"Yeah man, for sure!"

Socially Absorbent

The act of easily picking up others social habits, such as way of speaking and clothing. Some times considered a poser.

When every I talk to certain people I start talking just like them, I guess I'm just socially absorbent.

social shaming

The use of social media to shame a stubborn or unresponsive company into fixing its goods or services. In short, it's applying the doctrine of public humiliation to shape behavior to social media and thus a much larger or at least potentially much larger audience.

I'm using social shaming to make a software provider fix its crappy software.
