Sit down in a bathroom stall next to one that is already occupied. Place a small ball of peanut butter on some toilet paper and "accidentally" toss it under the divider to the other stall. Promptly say that you're sorry and ask the other person if they can "kick that back over here

When people are waiting on you, you stall for many hours and annoy those waiting.
"Dam bro, Shmonster is stallin pretty hard."
"Ya He said he would be here an over 3 hours ago. That kid has serious stall ball. "
"Dam bro, That gee bud kid is stallin hardcore."
"Dude come sit and relax bro, he is a staller baller he wont be here for at least 4 hours."

I followed him into the bathroom knowing there was no turning back but I could not resist his charm and confident stride.

1) Defined as an asshole who thinks it would be funny to take a massive shit in a public stall and then not flush. The aforementioned "asshole" waits at the sink to see the reaction of the next person who walks into the stall.
"Hey Mick, do you see that dude at the sink?"
"Yeah, what about him?"
"He's a total stall stalker, look at him, he keeps looking to see who goes in next"
"Wow. What an asshole".

When a co-worker hogs the shared restroom on a daily basis for inordinate chunks of time making other personnel physically uncomfortable and possibly resulting in wetting their pants or suffering from turtle head and other bodily function mishaps.
I was about to head to the can before a long meeting but got stall blocked.

The act of a facebooker postponing a comment to a later stage to give an illusion that their life doesn't revolve around facebook. This can be spotted easily if that particular person forgets to set their Chat to offline
