Especially relevant in big companies. When you develop an intricate, sought after skill set, but never rise to the level that was possible from your early potential, that may have been/still could be achievable elsewhere.

The two typically will make humorous jabs at each other as well as friendly insults that can sometimes be very edgy which makes the podcast entertaining to any viewer that is knowledgeable of Destiny and Dan's relationship.
