Heartbreak isn't really your heart breaking, it feels more like a sting or a punch. It can be hard to hide when all you want to do is cry. It could be caused by an event, news, words someone said, etc. You never really feel anything break until later. All you feel in the moment is a sharp pain that shoots from your heart to everywhere in your body.

A heart break is when someone who you were like in love with lied to you or left u after everything that you guys have been through they just erase all your memories. It makes you think you have nothing to live for because the one person shatterd you heart to a million pieces.
