Pulling a Matt

A colloquial term referring to the act of aggressively or violently assaulting an acquaintance, associate, or individual within one's social circle for trivial or inconsequential reasons.

This behavior is typically characterized by a disproportionate response to minor provocations, often involving physical force or intimidation, and may reflect underlying emotional instability or a lack of impulse control. The term is frequently used informally to describe impulsive acts of aggression that are unjustifiable given the circumstances.

Matt’s Fasting

Restraining from carbohydrate foods for an extended period of time following a period of excessive carb loads. During this period of Matt’s fasting one will only eat increased amounts of protein rich foods while abstaining from all carbs.

This is often associated with the religion of fitness and should be practiced only by those who seek to be fit
