A Steph is a phrase used to refer to people who try to act older even despite actually being a younger age.
1 example is someone naming them selves as a older role, such as dad, grandpa, daddy, papa, or anything that follows a older roles than what they are.
- A Girl or Guy who has an attractive body but an unattractive face.
- Target is often Distracted by the Guy or Girl's body and assumes they are hot by that.
Guy 1: "I can't believe you thought she was hot."
Guy 2: "Yeah man, total Steph Mills Distraction."
