a term used to publicly announce when someone has just made an idiotic comment. It usully starts with the countdown "three, two, one," followed by the person franticly pointing at forhead then pointing at person who made the the idiotic comment, then the person announce's "dick on your head" in an aggressive/lighthearted way, depending on how stupid the comment was.
can also be used as a greeting.
person a: I like BLUE!
person B: what?
person C: stupid fool!
person B and Person C: "Three Two One, dick on your head!"

As can be gathered from the expression, it indicates a state of intense anger and annoyance, so much so that the person making the threat is ready, willing and able to inflict physical pain and degradation upon the person who has annoyed them. While it may not literally result in the removal of the offenders head and defecating into the stump, it will usually result in physical violence and a humbling of the person who caused the offence.
The expression that is believed to have originated with the British Royal Navy. It gradually became used within all branches of the armed forces and later spread to the civilian organisations associated with them before obtaining wider usage.

it's a comical way to say "keep going" or "push through" or whatever. its supposed to be an encouraging quote and usually serves its purpose, also making that person smile

An cautionary expression used in the USMC."Rip off your head and shit down your windpipe" gently warns the listener " Please pay attention, I'm not joking here. Thank you for you consideration."
1."Dammit, Dave I'm gonna rip off your head and shit down your windpipe if your try to go out with my sister!
2. "Your going to force me to rip off your head and shit down your windpipe if you insist on breaking in line."
