When a financial realm is presented as having great value to an unknowing individual but at the same time feels seems like a scam and does not live up to its hype. Usually presented by an online educator with a financial incentive to provide secret knowledge about how to profit from Bitcoin, Crypto, NFT, Trading Guru's, or Self Help Gurus.
After buying Gary Vaynerchuk's book, I realized that he was a half scam at best.

1. Feeling the pinch of this recession due to some scams by some executives which helped create one of the worlds worst recessions. 2. Feels poor or has no money. 3. Feels ripped off. Derives from Gang Bang but here your banged by some executive scams instead.
