a phrase used to describe something that is not complete "bullshit" but is not fact either.
An example of this can be seen when two people are debating and one of the debaters is clearly spewing out facts that he or she is making up. In this case, the debater's remarks are not necessarily untrue, but he or she is not sure if what they are saying is actually factual; he or she is assuming what they are saying is true. The "facts" that the debater claims to be true can be referred to as verbal urine.

A twisted plan devised for ball parks, in which the custodian essentially saws a bathtub in two, drills it to the wall, and expects men to comfortably piss crammed side by side with no panels or anything.
Urinal troughs are generally very awkward and a good place to suddenly become self-aware.

The act of going to the bathroom when a movie is finished. It lasts for at least 15 seconds, and all you can do is smile.
"Dude I watched The Dark Knight yesterday and my urination celebration was amazing. It was the best i've had yet, and I have watched a lot of movies."

After entering a public restroom with your in-law (father-in-law, brother-in-law, etc.), you locate with uncomfortable decidedness a urinal furthest from one another.
During my wife's family reunion at the local italian restaurant, an unspoken urinal-in-law policy was established in the restroom.

The Expert Urinal is the short urinal in a row of normal urinals. They are intended for short people and children. Everyone else sees them as experts-only, due to the longer shot and possibility of splashback.
I'm just going to wait till one of the other ones clears up, I'm not taking my chances with that expert urinal.
