To be used when a situation seems smelly, but you are sure it is indeed OK. Can be used in similar situations that the phrase "Catch 22" is used.
Two guys are at a flea market, and find a sweet bicycle, but its so nice, it looks almost stolen. A kid is selling it, and he offers it to them for 50 bucks, when it would normally cost $100.00+. Guy 1 turns to guy two, "Yo man, what do you think about this deal?" Guy two, answers reassuringly, knowing that this is a legit sale, "Ionno, its seems a bit sketch, but its prolly Ranch 99."

a state in which one is so hyper that they pop a vein and bleed to death. a sate of hyperness in which includes bouncing off walls, inconssistent babbling, and random twitching. other symptons incude monkey-like behavior, using body parts to hit things, annoying people, foaming of the mouth, biting, dialated pupils, throwing of inanimate (and animate) objects, and perhaps spitting like a llama if it comes down to it.

Arguably defined as "protesters" who assume the moniker of representing 99% of the American tax-paying population; "...Chromosomers" inferring the 1% genome differential between an ape and an actual human being -- namely those who object to being spoken for by professional partiers and people who quit their jobs to protest whatever the fuck isn't handed to them.

sport, joke, and past time of shoplifting from local 7-11 and grocery stores. free 99 competitions take place between friends to see who can bring in the biggest haul. common stolen items include candy bars and beef jerky.

Gaming term crossover. Reference to Pro Evolution statistics, one of which is Reflexes. The highest value is 99, hence when someone has reacted very quickly this phrase can be used. Also implemented sarcastically.

Friend 1: I was watching a video on YouTube about how to make a sandwich, and started following the related videos. Somehow how ended up on a video where a yellow pony said "I'm the world champ y'know." and squeaked.
