A middle-age blonde white woman who gets her kicks out of creating undeserved misery to innocent people usually for example either demanding to speak with the manager or calling the police on an African-American male with the expectation that the encounter will end badly.
A Karen showed up at an HOA meeting to accuse the property manager of not doing anything to address landscaping issues by yelling and screaming at the manager demanding to know what the CC&Rs say about this and refusing to leave when asked to leave.

Karen is someone (usually a female) who is easily offended by everything. Karens are very aggressive and they complain about everything. Almost every Karen doesn't wear a mask because she thinks ts useless or she says that she can't breathe. Please don't be a Karen.

Karen: OMG it's too expensive can I talk to your manager?

A particularly annoying person often described as entitled or a bitch. Karen's have many different attacks depending on what level of Karen they are.
Stage 1 Karens:
These often have 2 main attacks, the first is to ask for a manager and the second is to record you.
Stage 2 Karens:
These include stage 1 but can also yell homophobic, racist and bigoted ideals at you depending on their personal choices.
Stage 3 Karens:
everything from stage 1 and maybe stage 2 but these will physically try to fight you.

1. A woman typically of Caucasian decent who is always angry and in need of the manager. Everyday activities such as selling waters and having barbecue usually angers her. She is very loud and opinionated about what angers her. However when being told that her complaint is outrageous or when being held accountable she cries and plays victim.
2. 1-3 Karens is referred to as a complaint of Karens.
3. 4 and more Karens are referred to as a privilege of Karens.
Karen asked to speak to the manager.
The complaint of Karens asked to see the child’s permit for selling water.
The police told the privilege of Karens to vacate the park as it is not safe.

(n.): The attitude of a white woman, often in her 40s or 50s, who purposely or naively solidifies the status of her white privilege. She is a stay-at-home mom, votes Republican, lives on a street that ends in a cul-de-sac in the suburbs, is (or was) married to a successful husband, has called the police to report a black person for "acting suspiciously," drives her unvaccinated kids to soccer practice in a large SUV, talks about minorities in a different tone of voice or refers to them as "those people," drinks wine, dyes her hair, insists that calling her a "Karen" is alternatively racist or sexist, and is currently demanding to see a manager for not being served her iced mocha frappachino quickly enough.
Not all Karens are actually named Karen. Some others are named Becky or Stacy. All are extremely active on social media.
"Calling me a Karen is more offensive than the N word" is the most Karen thing to say.
