That Plymouth Neon that circles around the mall blasting his music trying to get peoples attention only to be for sale a few weeks later cause the kid got laughed at so much. A car that is constantly neutral dropped and looks like it belongs on mars.
Look out the neon is coming in for a landing! HAHA thats so rice
All of that extra stuff on that civic makes it weigh so much more..I was in his car once and he had the pedal mashed to the floor and the stock 4 door civic with the old guy in it still passed him. Its so rice.
He gets worse gas mileage in his 4000 pound civic automatic.

Any Asian car, with numerous asthetic modifications.
Gerenally contains numerous brand stickers, none of the parts made by the brand may be installed in the car.
The car must also not be worth the money spent on it.
Look at that guy in that civic, What a ricer.

A piece of shit that looks like a pimp mobile.
American muscle could kick a ricer's ass anyday.

That Steven Batista is such a ricer with his white neon lights under his wheelwells!
(Latin term: to suck at every and anything)
The Car Guy definition: Mostly a non-car guy, who only got his "tuner inspiration" from fast & furious 1 - 4, and has form over function; to make a car LOOK faster than it truely is.
Even though he has visuals mods (spoiler/wing, exhaust, bodykit, etc), they do not function properly, especially when their car is slower and have terrible aerodynamics than what is expected.
And even when they do talk with Tuners and Sleepers, they have no knowledge at least on how to tune their car, making an embarrassment of their conversation.
*They don't need to necessarily keep on getting bullied for being a ricer, but just help them go on the right path of being an official, proper Tuner*
There are 4 types of Ricers:
1. Regular Ricer: Bought themselves a car that would be expected from any other car guy (ex: Subaru WRX STI, Mitsubishi Evolution), but focuses on showing their character from stickers and other visuals than tuning the car to make it perform better.
2. "Underground" Ricer: Bought themselves a car that is likely an Japanese Import (ex: Honda Civic Type R E9K, Mazda Miata Mk. 1), puts on the most insane things on the car to make it MORE COOLER THAN FASTER. This is worser than the Regular Ricer*
3. Rich Ricer: Bought themselves the supercar of their dreams (ex: Ferrari 458, Lamborghini Aventador), but mixes some traits of the "Underground" Ricer: puts on metallic wrap (sometimes crystal studded), ugly kits, HUGE Exhausts, and definitely neons
4. D.I.Y Ricer: Mostly poor, has a car from his mom or other relative (ex: Hyundai Elantra, Honda Accord, Nissan Maxima), only has the supplies in his home to make his car "look fast" but indeed is the most awful thing to the eyes. Just don't be this guy
An individual who is convinced that adding a bodykit and custom paint job to a car will make more horsepower than a well tuned engine.
Any car that has more stickers than horsepower is an obvious ricer.
A variety of younger males that tend to dress up their 4 cylinder Japanese car or Korean car in aftermarket stickers, add a fartpipe, and an oversize spoiler.
The ones who do add actual engine modifications are only wasting their money because it would be cheaper and logical to buy a sports car that's fast to begin with.
Normal person: Why did you even bother with adding mods to a 4 cylinder economy car, that's gay dude.
Ricer: nah man what are you talking about this shits cool, I could beat a Corvette now.
Normal person: You could have bought a Corvette for what you wasted on that Piece.
