1. When people stop while driving because they see someone they know walking on the sidewalk, and start talking to them, stopping traffic one way.

Actions that are so ridiculous that they have to be seen in order to actually be believed . Hiltz Things can be summed up as absurd actions done by someone who is just one crazy motherfucker, they are well outside the realm of natural human thought.
