A really powerful game engine used by Epic Games. Very beautiful and popular engine, one of the very best engines out there for video games. It very popular because it supports practically any platform it's put on (PC, XBox, Gamecube, PS2, etc... and even Mac)
A great deal of the gameplay code is written in UnrealScript, a proprietary scripting language, and as such large parts of the gameplay can be modified without delving deep into the engine internals. As with other middleware packages, the Unreal Engine provides various tools to assist with content creation for designers and artists.
It has 3 versions: 1 (1998-2002), 2 (03-06), and 3 (06-future)
Some games/franchises that use Unreal Engine
Unreal Tournament
Unreal Championship
Gears of War
Red Steel
Deux Ex
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six
Mass Effect
Lost Odessey
Too Human
Brothers in Arms

A major or field of study that sucks the life out of its participants. Since it is strongly related to medicine, a lot of undergraduates study BME as pre-med students. However, they quickly learn that after classes such as 'Analysis of Biosignals and Systems' and 'Instrumentation Lab', biomedical engineering is not worth the lack of life it creates.
Well, I was studying biomedical engineering. Then our entire class failed Biosignals even though the curve was around 30%, so I switched to Business.

A reference to the class in Team Fortress 2, Justice Engineer is considered the 10th class.
The Justice Engineer is, quite obviously, a badass. The only difference between him and the normal engineer is that the Justice Engineer's default hat is the Texas Ten Gallon, and prominently uses the Shotgun. He automatically critical-hits any evildoer.
Justice Engineer can strike at any time, and is always watching.
Always.
Justice never sleeps.
Justice Engineer has joined the game.
Any engine belonging to the third or fourth generation small block family from General Motors. All of these are pushrod V8 engines; they come in several displacements, but most commonly 4.8, 5.3, and 6.0 liters.
Very commonly used in engine swaps due to their small form factor (they can fit in a lot of small engine bays), large power potential (respond great to boost and come stock with cylinder heads that flow very well), cheapness (GM and Chevy used these engines in the majority of their trucks, SUVs and some cars for about 20 years), and great aftermarket support.
Hated by those who get beaten by people with LS swaps.
Dave: What's in your car? Sounds nasty.
Jackson: Swapped in a 6.0 LS engine and added a turbo.
Kenny: I hate LS swaps.
John: Why?
Kenny: I got gapped by someone with one and I'm butthurt.
Racist term for African Americans. Refers to slaves that were forced to row boats, thus they were the ship engines.
Created @ Kentucky Derby, 2007
Man, look at all those ship engines bru, lets see if they want to play some b-ball.
Describes any mediocre looking girl who becomes hot only because she is in a class predominantly filled with guys.

-- Dude, I don't know what it is with Lauren but I can't take my eyes off of her. She's not even that hot.
-- Yeah it's because you're in a class with 90% guys in it, she's not hot on a big scale, she's just engineering hot.
