(n.) slang of 'gastric bypass surgery' all too commonly seen now in today's headlines. Al Roker of the Today Show and former Arkansas governor and devoutly religious nut Mike Huckabee both had surgery to remove a section of their stomachs and staple the rest shut.
For people who want their quick fix without actually earning the body they want to live in for the rest of their lives.
Huckabee can walk upright again now thanks to his gastric fat-ass surgery back around 2000.
I couldn't even tell Roker had gastric fat-ass surgery, I never saw him before.
I may be overweight but there's non way i'd consider gastric fat-ass surgery, I'll work it off the old-fashioned way.

a term often used when having a thumb war. when your thumb is unnaturally larger than most peoples thumbs. Its what you choose to get when you are self concience about the freakishly large phalangie on your hand so you decide to "size it down". can also be used as a term to put down someone elses large hands.

Hillbilly surgery is when you go to several different emergency rooms, dermatologist and plastic surgeons in a span of a year and a half. Hillbilly surgery is need because you have Medicaid and are on psych drugs and everyone thinks you want pain pills. So you get a pocket knife and a ton of beer. Usually preformed in a dirty she'd or camper.
I'm feeling so much better now I got that boil off my face, I was working on a case of bud light and doin' hillbilly surgery all weekend.
