This is a well-known and prominent phrase of the TV series F.R.I.E.N.D.S said by one of the six protagonists, ROSS GELLER, Ross gets very angry when he realizes that someone from his job ate his sandwich (one of those delicious sandwiches that her sister MONICA GELLER makes and that left over on thanksgiving day) and was giving more upset when he learned that his boss was the one who ate his sandwich and also shot a large part of it in the trash, this completely dislocated Ross, taking him to say the following phrase :
