Typically a girl between the ages of 12 and 18 or so, sitting their lonely ass on the computer just praying to god that their friend will see the definition and call them in tears screaming about how sweet she is.

The people that write these are usually preteen girls that need to feel special so they define themselves as a marry sue thinking people will like her.
The only thing they do is clog the decision page, so instead of looking at actually not terrible definitions you get one of these every 5 clicks.
