The proper context of the term Douche & Gabbanna is often misused because it does not define nor should it be an attribute of a person or persons. Douche & Gabbanna may also be used in conjunction with additional "Douche" tags depending on the situtation. In addition, in certain geographic regions the Douche & Gabbanna scent is used to induce urination with rabits

The pencil-thin mini-beard worn exclusively by douche bags. Commonly identified by an overly symmetrical, millimeter-thin stripe of facial hair on a guy in an Ed Hardy shirt.

A person who has no idea what they are talking about yet act like they are a smart person by knowlege from other people. They act out to be intelligent and gifted only to realise they are mearly a fake idiot with no idea about what is really happening in the world.

A take-off from the modern meaning of the term "douchebag." "Douche nugget" is used to describe someone who is arrogant, self-centered, rude, obnoxious, etc, and this person is not well-liked due to these characteristics. Someone who acts like a douche nugget also possesses a low level of intelligence.
