Boot and rally is a derivative of Reboot and Rally. First coined in the mid-oughts by DJ's Seth Collins and Axel Arce in an all-you-can-drink nightclub in Tijuana. The duo went on to use the name as a production alias in a limited number of dance releases.
I'm feeling ill. I'm gonna' reboot and rally.

My team was losing in the bottom of the 8th, so I took my girlfriend in the back room and gave her a Scranton rally cap.
The laudable act of binge drinking to the point of vomiting, then coming to and regrouping to drink more and further partake in the festivities of the night. Such a feat is only ever performed by seasoned experts and should not be attempted if one is not endowed with a strong will and/or is not prepared to dread waking up the next morning.

Made in response to political pundit and former cardboard Doom sign activist Glenn Beck's "Rally to Restore Honor". It is the last bastion of true civil discourse in a public meeting in the five star fuck-up that has become the U.S.A. Held on October 30th, 2010 at the national mall in Washington D.C., it promises to be a merger of ideas and non-hyperbolic agreement for all who participate. Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert are joint hosting the event which will be met with high attendance as well as state level local meetings to watch the epic display of Truthiness.

When a baseball team or any other competitive team places an individual athlete inside of a cage or pen during a portion of the game to rally the team to victory. This player is most likely to be a social outcast on the team.
