Cinematic-Level Threat. Something big and dangerous that would make for a killer movie.

Thanos from The Avengers, wanting to erase half of the global population was a CLT in comic books. So they made it a movie.

CLT Sprain

Whenever someone cites an 'injury' for not playing, practicing, or competing. Comes from 'clit sprain', which said person has torn, sprained, strained, impinged, or tweaked their clit.

Person one: 'I can't practice today, my leg/shoulder/arm/knee/etc. is hurting me'
Person two: 'Aww little baby, did you have a CLT sprain?'
Person three: 'Yeah dude, shut the fuck up and train'.
