An ethnic group mainly living in Louisiana, mostly constituting descendants of Acadian exiles (French-speaking settlers from Acadia, New Brunswick or Nova Scotia, in maritime provinces in Canada). Today, the Cajuns make up a significant portion of south Louisiana's population, and have exerted a great impact on the state's culture.

A group of the toughest people I have ever met in my entire life. Texans have nothing on these people. They cook great food, friendly for the most part, unless you piss them off. Typically found in Louisiana.

That Cajun makes some mean ass gumbo.

Cajunizing

A phrase orginally coined by The_Law, which means "to do incorrectly." However, Cajunizing is also used to describe putting a big tire on a narrow rim. The term was derived from the username Cajun4x4, a legend in the Swamper Brotherhood community who sensationalized the practice of running big tires on skinny (8") wide rims.

1. A lifestyle glamorized by Cajun4x4.
2. To complicate something too much.
