The act of soaking a cotton ball in any type of alcohol until the cotton ball is saturated. One then places the cotton ball up their butt in order to quicken the effects of being drunk.

Term originating in response to pictures seen on the website facebook.com which very commonly contain college-age white kids of a very boring nature, all of whom are identically dressed (solid color t-shrit featuring school name, jeans, ponytails on girls) and participating in identical activities (drinking from red dixie cups, posing in front of landmarks while traveling).
The analogy between facebook suburbanites and cotton balls is drawn because both are white, come in large numbers, are all nearly exact replicas of each other, are fairly featureless and lacking definition, but are usually soft and pleasant, though boring, to be around.
Randy: "So how was that party at the dormitory last night? Did you meet any interesting individuals?"
Jeff: "Nope. We just drank pabst blue ribbon tall-boys, wore clothing from Hollister, quoted our favorite illegally downloaded movies, refused to agree on which "indy" band was the best, and then later we watched Family Guy dvds. It was a whole bunch of cotton balls"

Regular cotton balls dipped in melted chocolate, then allowed to solidify. Then you serve them to guests. You don't know that you're eating something so nasty till it's too late.
