Goontosis is considered to be the highest state of gooning achievable. When somebody enters 'goontosis', it is assumed that they are completely disconnected from the physical world and are entirely consumed by the goon.

After intensely gooning for X amount of time, oneself may enter a hypnotic state called goontosis. Goontosis is an elevated state of gooning and is extremely difficult to achieve. When in goontosis, the gooner in question will essentially be transported to another dimension and completely consumed by the goon.
