Human utility. A lack of arrogance and entitlement.
Who we were on the planet, and who we might become if we survived, was a question best faced with humility. Maybe our purpose was to serve other life, the animals and the trees, and to let go the notion that the earth and its creatures exist to serve humanity.
Not talking about or reconising your own achivments despite how good they are.
There are way better definitions about humility than this. I don't even kow why you're still reading this. There are plenty of more interesting words to look up. I reccomend irony or cynical.They're far better than this...

A Greek Orthodox laity who shows his false humility to the clergy and laity just to gain attention.......as well as an attempt to control people's thoughts.

John was always playing the competitive humility game. He always had to one up how humble someone else pretended to be.
