When you've binge an entire season (or more) of a show and you forget about important plot details from earlier episodes. Often occurs because you've consumed so much content that you can't remember certain characters, dialogues, or scenes that you've seen just mere hours ago.
Alex: "Wait, why is Anna sitting down with Detective Blake? She doesn't even know him."
Sam: "What are you talking about? She worked a case with him back in the second episode and he told her to come see him if she needs to discuss anything. I think you're suffering from binge-term memory loss."
When you can't remember things for short periods of time. Also when you can't remember things for short periods of time.
I may have short-term memory loss, but at least I don't have short-term memory loss.

Smart term memory loss is when you’re brain chooses to forget unimportant data or transforms important data into every day life so its more hard to forget it. Though however the original way the important data was learned will be forgotten and changed to whatever is the way your brain chooses it to be.

I have Smart term memory loss, for example: to me, my friend texted me they didn’t want to go to homecoming with their boyfriend. To them they told me in person that. For me I remember their text very clearly in my mind but after searching for an hour I still couldn’t find it so my brain just processed the information I was given to a way I was use to communicating to this person.
When you stutter and go completely blank in the middle of a sentence and continue saying Whatchamacallit or um.
"Yeah, I feel like, um, Whatchamacallit---Whatchamacallit-------Whatchamacallit! Wait what? ""Memory Loss"
When you send a snapchat and the person replies, but you forgot what you said originally
Person 1: Dude, she snapped me and I had no clue what she was talking about because I forgot what I said
Person 2: Oh you got that Snap Term Memory Loss
When you forget things because you smoke a lot.
