drug ramadan is one month in which an individual abstains from all drugs including cigarettes, alcohol, caffeine, marijuana, and any other chemicals which may hold recreational value. also includes abstaining from prostitutes, gambling, and other addictive hedonistic activities.

The bad breath associated with fasting. You will usually be able to smell it during the holy month, and it will leave a nasty taste in your mouth leading you to vomit which will break your fast. An enclosed space filled with people fasting will usually smell like Ramadan breath.
