Someone that is too muc of a coward to have a real name.
In past generations, people had to have enough nerve to have a real name to go with a real face, that way people could question whether their image added up with reality or not, to make sure people were who they said they were or what they claimed to be. She is not a name or a real person, which makes her fake.

A person who use "thats what she said" jokes too often. Clearly this person must have been the only one to say the quotes that he or she claims "she" said.
