Industrial Tribunal

Industrial Tribunal (UK) used to be a court designed to deal with the bad employers. It is now a sham, 1000s of good employers are ending up being IT'd due to 'no win - no fee solicitors' and an oppressive spiteful govenment.

We're not sure what we did wrong, it's so complicated. We spent ยฃ12k on legal fees in the run up to court. We made a mistake in our HR procedures and were fined ยฃ16k. I have now lost my house and my company. Turns out that the claimant has done this 3 times before.

Welcome to Industrial Tribunal in the UK !

Shadow tribunal

An underground self-select group that plays judge and jury in an underground fashion for a larger collective

Chicago Tribune

A reverse titty fuck (see Cincinnati bow tie) where the gent has unexpectedly left toilet paper stuck between his ass cheeks resembling a newspaper

Last night I asked Todd for a Cincinnati bow tie, and to my dismay, I ended up getting a Chicago Tribune.

Nuremberg Military Tribunals

"ARTICLE 19.The tribunal shall not be bound by technical rules of evidence. It shall adopt and apply to the greatest possible extent expeditious and non-technical procedure, and shall admit any evidence which it deems to have probative value...." "ARTICLE 21.The Tribunal shall not require proof of facts of common knowledge but shall take judicial notice thereof...." The above makes it likely that unsubstantive evidence could be submitted and result in a conviction.I am not saying that this happened .

Herr Goring was accused of waging "an aggressive war".

International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea

(MULTILATERAL GOVERNMENT) United Nations entity created in 1982 (entered operation 1994); arbitrates disputes related to the oceans, seas, and minerals underneath. It is based in Hamburg, Germany.

The International Tribune for the Law of the Sea has jurisdiction over those areas of the ocean floor that are not clearly delineated national waters. It was created by the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea.

The International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea is in the news a lot these days because of growing controversy over possible mineral rights to the Arctic Ocean.
