Replacement for almost any verb that can take a direct object as long as there is some kind of phyiscal movement involved: to do, to make, to take, to get, to give; replacement for some verbs of motion: to go, to come; but usually not a replacement for a verb that doesn't involve motion: to see, to hear, to feel, to like etc.

The thing on your t.v. or radio that you turn to turn off music or shows that you deem "offensive". Puritans like the FCC and PTC seem to have no concept that this exists and believe that they need to censor everything in existance so there children grow up to be comfortably numb victims.
If you don't like what's on your t.v. use the dial and change the channel dumbass.

dialed is a phrase usually used in the bmxing/scootering culture. it means you have that trick down. dialed also relates to the work "clicked" or "lock down"

taken from the show dial m for murder, dial d is for devious. Can also refer having sex or trying to attempt sexual relations.
"That girl from last night was hot... oh yeah? did you to dial d"
