Dirty-lyric syndrome is when you have a song stuck in your head, but all you can remember are the dirty lyrics. e.g. Cuss words, innuendo, racial slurs, etc.
Wendy: Argh, I've got dirty-lyric syndrome.
Wilfred: What's that?!
Wendy: Well, it's when you have a song stuck in your head, but all you can remember are the inappropriate lyrics.
Wilfred: Oh, I get that all the time. What's stuck in your head?
Wendy:

Usually a product of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, this syndrome refers to those days when your hands never feel clean, no matter how many times you wash them. Throughout the day you will feel anxiety induced by an apparent mitten of filth that covers your hands. Remedies toward this syndrome: showering - merely washing your hands with soap and water will not suffice.
I've been suffering from Dirty Hand Syndrome all day...no matter how many times I wash them they never feel clean!

When you are so drunk that you are killing everyones high or buzz and therefore must be choked out with a pillow or some form of abnormal weapon.
