An industrial hygienist or industrial hygiene major who has a big ego and thinks they are better than everyone else and can do no wrong. They dress like they are important even though they aren't.

Tyler must be suffering from hygieneitis. He thinks he's all that just because he got an internship and works as a grad assistant. He must iron his shirt between every class.
