tactical dispersion

tactical dispersion

A term for spreading or separating of personnel, materials, strategic elements, bases, and/or activities which might otherwise be concentrated in limited spaces to minimize vulnerability.

The use of social distancing and tactical dispersion terms by security forces during domestic protests need to be carefully phrased, so they are not misinterpreted.
