When two or more guys do douchy things to eachother over and over. Usually over something dumb that happened a long time ago.
GUY A loses a bet to GUY B and doesn't follow through with his end of the deal. GUY B proceeds to call him an asshole and takes a dump on GUY A's porch. GUY A retaliates by smashing GUY B's window.So on and so forth.
GUY C: "What's going on between them, I thought they were best friends?"
GUY D: "Oh they douch-it-out all the time. But I think it's gonna end soon cuz the big fight is tomorrow and they both got tickets to go.
Wash it, usually with fresh water from the faucet.
If you get seawater in it, be sure to douche it out with fresh water before setting the parts out to dry.

Ever find yourself stuck in a moment when you wish you could cleanse yourself free from lifes filth?
Then take a moment to douche it out, meaning to start over again with a clean slate.
"I can't believe I just caught my parents having sex. I need to douche it out and forget it happened."
When you think you have seen or met some guy who is the biggest douche you have ever met, his friend comes along who is WAY worse and you realize he has been
"out-douched" much in the way one is out-classed.
Example: Ted (wearing his favorite sparkly Afflicton shirt) stepped out of his mercedes (to valet and that he CLEARLY cannot afford) runs into his pal, Jonathan, who is wearing a similar shirt AND his Ed Hardy hat. Obviously Ted has been out-douched by Jonathan.
